- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- pitch of salt and pepper
- 3 4 cup ketchup
- 1 2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- On a hot skillet, cook ground beef with garlic. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Drain oil well.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, beef, egg and butter. Stir well and roll meatballs into 1 inch rounds.
- Bake the meatballs on a nonstick baking pan for 15 minutes.
- In a small sauce pan, combine BBQ sauce ingredients. Cook on medium low heat. Stir well while simmering on low heat for 15 minutes.
- When meatballs are done, dip the meatballs in the BBQ sauce and serve.
