3 Kids Craft Activities

by Lynn Lilly, Apr 27 2020

Today it's all about crafts your kids can continue to play with long after they are done making them.  I am continuing my partnership with Crayola to help inspire their community with at home crafts during my bi-weekly live broadcasts on their Facebook page. Below you will find three crafts you kids will love to make and enjoy playing with!

  10. Hot Glue

Directions:

  1. Cut a rectangle out of the top of the shoebox lid. (parents use the xacto knife with caution)
  2. Cut a piece of the Bright Pop paper to fit the inside of the shoebox. Glue to the inside bottom of the box.

  7. Insert the toilet paper roll into the shoe box.
  8. Hot glue 3 buttons along each side of the main opening cut in the shoe box. Apply a large dollop of hot glue and lightly set the button on. You want the button to be raised.
  9. Once the hot glue is dry stretch rubber bands around the opening and hook on the buttons.
  10. Cut out some sections of patterns from from the Bright Pop paper paper pad to decorate the guitar. Use Crayola Markers to add fund designs.
  11. Have your kiddos sign the guitar as they are the star of this show!
