Cranberry Lime with Ciroc Vodka
2 ounces of 100% Cranberry Juice
3 ounces of Ginger Ale
1/2 ounce of fresh squeezed lime juice
4 ounces of Ciroc Ultra Premium Vodka (or any vodka of your choice)
Fill a mason jar with ice. Combine cranberry juice, ginger ale, lime juice and vodka. Stir it up. Garnish with a slice of lime and a straw.
Peach Puree with White Zinfandel
1/2 fresh ripe peach, peeled and sliced
1 ounce orange juice
6 ounces of Beringer White Zinfandel
4 ice cubes
In a blender, combine sliced peaches, orange juice and ice cubes. Puree until it becomes a smoothie. Pour smoothie into 1/3 of a wine glass. Pour White Zinfandel until the glass is full. Stir it up. Garnish with a slice of fresh peach.
4 ounces of canned lychee in syrup
6 ounces of Belvedere Vodka
2 lychees for garnish
Combine lychee syrup, vodka and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Pour cocktail onto a martini glass. Garnish with two lychees from the can.
