Popcorn is the most versatile snack out there. You can enjoy it simply with butter, sweeten it with a caramel coating or fancy it up with the best gourmet toppings out there. No matter how you prepare it, popcorn is fun to eat anywhere and anytime. I like my fancy popcorn with fresh chopped rosemary, truffle oil and a dash of garlic salt. Superb!
- 3 cups of light sea salt popcorn
- 2 tablespoons truffle oil
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary, leaves chopped
- dash of garlic salt
