I rarely have extra wine after a day or two but when I do, I love using it to make salad dressing. My newest creation is a Sauvignon Blanc Vinaigrette. - 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup Sauvignon Blanc
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 pinch of salt
