I have some of the best friends, from work to lifelong high school friends and I thought why not host a party celebrate them! Check out the recap of our Bestie Bash and scroll below for more recipes, project inspiration and where to get all the fun goodies!
Pink Hibiscus Bubbly:
Pink S'mores Dip:
Layer graham crackers, dark chocolate and pink heart marshmallows (Target, baking section) in a cast iron skillet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until chocolate is melted and marshmallows are slightly browned. Pick a salty dipper like pretzels to enjoy the dip!
DIY Chocolate Sandwich:
Create a super sweet do it yourself chocolate sandwich station using milk or dark chocolate bars and an assortment of toppings. Have a bunch of options for your guests to sandwich in between two pieces of chocolate. I had graham crackers, strawberries, raspberries, cool whip and edible cookie dough!
Pink Rose Bath Scrub Push Pops:
- 1 cup of coarse sea salt
- 1 cup of organized sugar
- 1/3 cup of melted coconut oil
- Shredded pink roses
- Pink Liquid soap dye
- Push Pops
- Love + Lemon Washi Tape
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and add a few drops of the pink dye until you get your desired color. Spoon into the push pops. Decorate the push pops with the washi tape. If you are looking for an easy way to make a tag for the jar like the one I have pictured, you must check out the new Fiskars Tag Punch!
Streamer Surprise Balls
Take a small trinket or piece of candy and wrap a paper towel around it to form a ball. Take the end of the stream and start tightly wrapping around the ball. Twist every other turn to help the streamer lay flat. Keep rolling until you get your desired size. Wrap the ball in washi tape (I used the same as above) and I added decorative brads from Love + Lemon.
DIY Card Making Station
I created a fun do it yourself card station for everyone to create their own personalized greeting cards. Load up your bar with decorative paper, washi tape, brads, paper straws, gems and tools like the Fiskars heart punch, scissors, and glue dots!
And of course, you need your besties!!!
