Chocolate Peep Pops: Melt chocolate in the microwave or on the stove top. Stick paper straws in the bottom of each peep. Use a knife to cut a slit in the peeps so the straws slide in easily. Dip the peep in the melted chocolate. Add a marshmallow for a tail and sprinkles for decoration. Lay the pops on wax paper until the chocolate has hardened. Get creative and display them using an egg carton or package individually.
