Starbucks Inspired Vanilla Latte Cupcakes

by Chan Vu, Nov 09 2015
Hey Starbucks lover, did you know you can do more to your lattes then just drink it? One of my favorite ways to use a latte is to make cupcakes out of it. My favorite flavor is a classic Starbucks vanilla latte. The latte is baked right into the cupcakes for an authentic rich flavor. I also like to bake the cupcakes inside the Starbucks' sample cups. If you are serving this to kids, remember to get a decaf vanilla latte instead.

Ingredients:
  • 1 box of classic white cake (may need eggs and vegetable oil)
  • 1 tall cup of Starbucks Vanilla Latte, 12 oz.
  • Vanilla frosting
  • Chocolate covered espresso bean
Directions:
Mix the classic white cake box as instructed. You may need eggs and vegetable oil. Substitute water for equal part vanilla latte. Fill the batter in the cups 3/4 of the way. Bake as instructed. When done, let the cupcakes cool completely before adding vanilla frosting. Top it off with a chocolate covered espresso bean.

That's it! So simple and so good!
