Skinny Raspberry Sage Cocktail

Fall is a time for celebrating, toasting and enjoying the beautiful weather. Don't get caught up in drinking too many high calorie cocktails. I have a delicious and easy cocktail that is perfect for ladies night in, a dinner party or tailgating. 


Ingredients (yields 2 cocktails): 
  • 3 parts vodka
  • 3 parts soda water
  • 10 raspberries
  • 6 leaves of sage
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Raspberry Lemonade Crystal Light Powder
  1. In a cocktail shaker muddle 6 raspberries, sage leaves, lemon juice.
  2. Add vodka, soda water and Crystal Light and stir for 10-15 seconds. 
  3. Pour over ice in an two 8 ounce glasses.
  4. Add 2 raspberries to each cocktail and top with a splash of soda water. 
*Approximately 100 calories in each cocktail
