Popcorn is one of my favorite snacks. Plain or jazzed up I could eat it everyday. I have been experimenting with creative recipes to switch up snack time for the whole family. All of these recipes can be made with microwave popcorn, packaged popcorn or stove top popped. I hope you enjoy these delicious recipes! My personal favorite is the S'mores Popcorn!
S'mores Popcorn Recipe:
- 10 cups popped popcorn
- 9 graham crackers crushed
- 4 tbsp butter
- 10 ounce back of mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Spread popcorn on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with crumbled graham crackers
Heat butter, half of the chocolate chips, and half of the marshmallows in the microwave until the butter is melted, stir to combine.
Drizzle marshmallow mixture evenly over the popcorn and stir to coat.
Add the unmelted marshmallows and chocolate chips and continue to stir.
Jalapeno Parmesan Black Pepper Popcorn Recipe:
Ingredients
- 10 cups of popcorn
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 jalapenos cut and seeded and chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Sweet Jello Popcorn Recipe:
Ingredients
- 1 cups of popcorn
- 1/2 packet of Jello Powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp of oil
- 1/4 tsp of baking soda
Cookies & Cream Popcorn Recipes:
Ingredients
- 10 cups of popcorn
- 24 Oreo cookies crushed
- 1/4 cup of mini marshmallows
- 12 ounce back of while chocolate morsels
Snickers Popcorn Recipes:
Ingredients
- 10 cups of popcorn
- 30 mini Snickers cut in half
- 1 cup of unsalted butter
- 2 cups of brown sugar or cain sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoons salt
