This recipe was a total accident! It triumphed out of a major fail. I was trying to make a brownie/cookie combo and the cookies did not stick to the brownies and the brownies stuck to the cupcake pan. I was left with brownies stuck in a cupcake pan and mangled. I thought quickly and scooped the brownie mess into my KitchenAid bowl, dug through the refrigerator and cabinet to find peanut butter and cream cheese and the rest was history.
- 12 medium sized brownies
- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 4 ounces of cream cheese (softened)
- Sprinkles
- Place brownie mix, peanut butter and cream cheese in a mixer and mix until smooth
- Fill a bowl with sprinkles
- Take spoonfuls of the mixture and use hands to roll into balls
- Roll brownie balls in sprinkles (or you could use peanuts)
- Refrigerator brownie balls for 30 minutes
- Enjoy
