Add a little color and personal flare to your kitchen with hand stamped kitchen towels. Get creative by stamping towels with household items like vegetables and pencils!
- Flour Sack Kitchen Towels
- Fabric Paint
- Parchment Paper
- Foam Brushes
- Iron
- Items to create a pattern: Green Peppers, Rubber Stamps, Baby Artichokes, Number 2 Pencils
- Iron your towel
- Lay parchment paper on the flat surface and lay towel over the parchment paper
- Keep an open spot on the parchment paper to squeeze paint
- Spread paint evenly on with the foam brush
- Firmly press stamp into paint, lift straight up, place firmly on the towel for 3-5 seconds and lift straight up. Repeat for desired pattern
- Let towel dry for 2-3 hours.
- Place a white bath towel on the ironing board, lay painted kitchen towel on top and cover with a white sheet. Iron on top of the sheet to seal the painted towel.
- Once towel is sealed it is ready for everyday use and can be washed in the washing machine.
