Cake Balls are an easy and delicious treat for St. Patrick's Day. I love this recipe because you can make it work for any occasion by switching up the sprinkles.
- Vanilla box cake (bake as directed on the box)
- 8 ounces of 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons of vanilla frosting
- 1/3 cup of white chocolate morsels
- 4 drops of vanilla extract
- Sprinkles
- Once the baked cake is cooled scoop it from the baking pan into a large bowl.
- Add cream cheese, peanut butter, frosting, vanilla extract and chocolate to the bowl.
- Use an electric mixture to mix until smooth.
- Use hand to form balls.
- Roll balls in sprinkles. Place them in cupcake liners for added decor.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
