These are all simple recipes that are fun to make and even more fun to taste!
Yogurt Unicorn Popsicles
Ingredients/Supplies
- Popsicle Mold
- Popsicle Sticks
- Pastel Food Sprinkles
- 4 Sandwich Bags
- 4 cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- Purple, Teal, and Pink Food Color
Directions
1. Add 1 cup of yogurt to each sandwich bag.
2. Add 1 drop of food color to each bag. This will create a pastel color in the yogurt. Leave one bag plain.
3. Cut a small hole in the corner of each bag and use to fill the popsicle molds. Start with your darkest color first, then fill 1-2 inch layers of each color. End with plain white yogurt.
4. Add popsicle sticks and freeze for 4-5 hours.
5. Add sprinkles to the the Yogurt Unicorn Popsicles and enjoy!
Candied Blueberry Unicorn Popsicles
Ingredients/Supplies
- 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
- 2 cups Vanilla Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 12 oz White Chocolate
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- Various Pastel Food Color
- Sprinkles
- Popsicle Mold
- Popsicle Sticks
- Toothpicks
Directions
1. Blend blueberries, coconut milk, and maple syrup. Blend until blueberries are extremely fine.
2. Fill popsicle mold with blueberry mixture and add popsicle sticks. Freeze 4-5 hours.
3. Thirty minutes before you take popsicles out of the freezer, start working on your chocolate. Use a double burner to melt white chocolate and coconut oil. Let melted chocolate cool to room temperature.
4. Separate three tablespoons of chocolate in different containers to color individually. Use the remaining white chocolate to dip the popsicles.
5. Drizzle other colors of white chocolate onto popsicles. Top with sprinkles and return popsicles back to the freezer for 30 minutes.

Banana Unicorn Popsicles
Ingredients/Supplies
- 4 Bananas
- 2 cups Coconut Water
- 12 oz White Chocolate
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- Food Color
- Rainbow Sprinkles
Directions
1. Blend bananas and coconut water until in makes a puree.
2. Add puree to popsicle molds. Top with sprinkles.
3. Freeze popsicles for 4-5 hours. Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in a double burner. Add food color of your choice. Let melted chocolate cool to room temperature.
4. Dip popsicle into melted chocolate. Lay popsicle on a surface and top with sprinkles. Return to freezer for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
