Roasted Cauliflower & Brussels

I crave roasted cauliflower and brussels sprouts on a weekly basis. I wanted to share the quick and easy recipe for these yummy sides. These will wow your guests at your next dinner party! 

Ingredients for 2 servings:
  • Head of cauliflower 
  • 15 large brussel sprout
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit
  2. Wash cauliflower and brussels sprouts
  3. Cut brussels sprouts in half and pull off 2 layers of leaves and throw leaves and core in a large bowl
  4. Remove leaves/stalk of the cauliflower, wash and pull apart the head into medium/small pieces. Toss in the bowl with the brussels.
  5. Toss both vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic until the vegetables are evenly coated. 
  6. Place vegetables in a large roasting dish and place in the oven
  7. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crisp
