I love fruit pizza for any occasion. It is a delicious, easy and adds color to table.
Ingredients:
- 1 Roll of pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 7-10 strawberries
- 1-2 kiwis based on size
- 30-40 Blueberries
- 8 ounces of regular or light cream cheese
- 3.5 tablespoons of sugar
- Glass pie dish
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Grease the inside of the glass pie dish
- Unwrap the sugar cookie dough and press into the bottom of the pie dish. Line it with about 1/4 to 1/2 inch of dough. If you have extra dough discard.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown
- Remove crust from oven and place on a cooling rack.
- Whip the cream cheese with the 3 tablespoons of sugar in a bowl and set aside
- Wash all fruit
- Peel kiwi and slice
- Cut off strawberry tops and slice
- Once the crust has cooled spread the cream cheese like icing
- Decorate the top with a fruit design
- Sprinkle the top with the 1/2 tablespoon of sugar (optional)
- Refrigerate until ready to serve
