I rounded out my picnicmaster challenge from Crunchmaster® by taking a break for a Happy Hour Picnic with our team! We recently moved into a new studio and office that is actually right next to a private airport. The back of our building has a trendy outdoor lounge that looks out on to the airport hanger. It is the perfect backdrop for a happy hour complete with healthy snacks and sips! Crunchmaster is our choice office snack and is perfect by itself or in a delicious recipe. Not only did our team have fun creating a few simple snacks but we made so many new office friends! Check out the easy eats from our happy hour!
Chicken Fiesta Bites
Top Crunchmaster Multi-Grain Sea Salt Crackers with pulled rotisserie chicken and a variety of toppings. I alternated topping each cracker with guacamole, peppers, salsa, and cheese! These were the perfect no-mess bite-sized treat!
Tomato & Feta Dip
Chop cherry tomatoes and mix with feta cheese and chopped basil. Toss with Italian dressing. Serve with Crunchmaster Multi-Seed Original Crackers! This dip is sooooo good!
Guac Sandwiches
Sandwich guacamole between two Crunchmaster Multi-Seed Original Crackers for the perfect bite-sized no mess snack!
Sparkling Spring Cocktail
A refreshing cocktail rounds out the perfect Happy Hour! Mix up fresh fruit, vodka, and sparkling berry water! Serve over ice and enjoy!
Here are a few more of my favorite photos from Happy Hour:
Happy Hour is a great excuse to let loose and enjoy a fun afternoon with your co-workers! Crunchmaster is the perfect snack to keep it simple, delicious and healthy! Over the course of the last months, I have hosted many picnics and I am confident I can now officially call myself a picnicmaster. If you missed my other picnics check out, Winter Picnic, Mommy & Me Picnic and Spring Picnic.

In full disclosure, this post is part of a paid campaign for Crunchmaster® but all ideas, recipes are my own. I have been a long time Crunchmaster eater and love these crackers even before I started working with them!
